Chrysztyna Montanez - Owner/Designated Managing Broker

Chrysztyna’s property management career literally started at the bottom, as she owned the cleaning company that was in charge of all the Lighthouse Cove cleaning for 5 years. She gradually began doing inspections, and eventually came into the office, first as a receptionist, then as a licensed real estate agent and property manager, and then bought the company in July 2007. In July of 2009 she also bought the property management division of Strategy Real Estate, Inc.

She is a proud member of NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, having sat on the Board in 2009 and being Kitsap County Chapter President in 2010. In 2010, she received her RMP NARMP designation. She also is a member of the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, and PROA, the Puget Rental Owners Association.

Mom to an amazing 11 year old, she is also fluent in 5 languages, has a Masters degree in Hispanic Education, is Co-Leader of her daughters Girl Scout Troop (cookies anyone???), and in her spare time likes reading and long walks on the beach (yeah right, what exactly was spare time again?)

Shari Neal - Accounting Manager

Shari came to Lighthouse Cove over twelve years ago after serving two tours in the US Navy. She maintains almost 500 accounting records for our clients. Her duties include but are not limited to collecting rent, paying vendors and disbursing to owners. She also distributes monthly statements, processes electronic funds transfers, credit card transactions and end of the year tax statements. If this was not enough she also maintains all accounting for the company including payroll. Her attention to detail and outstanding work ethic make her an incredible asset to the company.

She has been married to her husband, Bob for 22 years and has two beautiful children. Her daughter Amber is embarking on a career in the Coast Guard, and son Mathew, is a junior at CK High School (Go Cougs!)

Jonathan Perry - Broker/Property Manager

Jonathan started working for Lighthouse Cove Property Management in February of 2010, as the person responsible for coordinating all the advertising. Shortly thereafter (June 2010) he earned his Washington State Real Estate License and is our newest Property Manager, and also a member of NARPM. He does the majority of all the showings and still updates the ads. With his 13+yrs of customer service experience Property Management has been a natural career choice for Jonathan.

He is also our office artist and toy collector as well. If you don’t believe us, come check out his office where Iron Man, The Simpsons and an assortment of rubber ducks reign supreme.

Theresa Ballew - Office Manager

Theresa has been working with Lighthouse Cove since 2009. This is her first experience in Property Management and her time thus far has been a continuous evolution of experience and knowledge. She comes from a background in technical theatre where she has over 12 years of management experience. She is a current member of the local chapter of NARPM and plans to receive her Certified Support Staff designation before long. She is excited to be part of the Lighthouse team and cannot wait to see what lies ahead for her in the Property Management world. She also moonlights at the Admiral Theater in Bremerton, as well as stage manages for several companies here and across the water.
