Chrysztyna Montañez
Owner/Property Manager
Chrysztyna’s property management career literally started at the bottom, as she owned the cleaning company that was in charge of all the Lighthouse Cove cleaning for 5 years. She gradually began doing inspections, and eventually came into the office, first as a receptionist, then as a licensed real estate agent and property manager, and then bought the company in July 2007. She is a proud member of NARPM, which is the National Association of Residential Property Managers, as well as the Commercial Brokers Association, the Silverdale Chamber of Commerce, and PROA , which is the Puget Rental Owners Association.
Fluent in 5 languages, she has a Masters degree in Hispanic Education, is Co-Leader of her daughters Girl Scout Troop (cookies anyone???), and also dances with a hula troupe.
Shari Neal
Accounting Manager
Shari came to Lighthouse Cove over nine years ago after serving two tours in the US Navy. She maintains over 220 accounting records for our clients. Her duties include but are not limited to collecting rent, paying vendors and disbursing to owners. She also distributes monthly statements, processes electronic funds transfers, credit card transactions and end of the year tax statements. If this was not enough she also maintains all accounting for the company including payroll. Her attention to detail and outstanding work ethic make her an incredible asset to the company.
She has been married to her husband, Bob for 20 years and has two beautiful children. Her daughter Amber,who is embarking on her first year of college and her son Mathew, who is a freshman in high school.
Amber Neal
Amber is the office receptionist and our newest employee. She is the cheery voice you will usually hear whenever you call and she can route you to whoever you need to speak with. She also does all the filing and other odds and ends that allow everyone else to do their jobs and makes the office run more smoothly.
